I will have to admit the real estate market has taken a bath, however it should be understood that the banks have had a very serious input in this area, while I have said and I will repeat that those who invest in the stock and commodities market are stupid, they are still stupid!  Real estate is a better investment, in September my take is that the foreclosures will increase and decrease the value of homes, time to buy for a rental as there will be a need for rental homes sooner than later.
